For law firms
If we list your firm and you want a profile corrected, paused or removed, email [email protected] with the firm name and what you would like changed.
We pause the listing within one working day of the request landing. That happens on receipt, before we have verified anything, because leaving a possibly genuine request live for days is the worse failure. We then confirm the request by replying to the enquiry address the firm publishes on its own website, and verify it within 5 working days, moving the listing to removed, or back to active if the request does not check out.
A paused or removed firm does not appear in our results.

For advice on your own situation you need someone who can act for you. The Law Society's Find a Solicitor lists regulated family solicitors in England and Wales. If cost is the barrier, Citizens Advice covers the basics for free.
